  • Carrier: EMS

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium quality products, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process:

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact for returns

Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Worn or washed items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your items: Securely pack in original packaging if possible
  4. Ship your return: Send to our Charlotte facility using a trackable method (return shipping at customer’s expense)

Refund Processing
